Simple, success-based pricing — paid only when your boat sells.

Turnkey Inspected — our listing standard

Every boat we broker is now inspected by our service department before it’s listed. You get a straight report of everything on the boat that works — and anything that doesn’t.

✓Full Systems Inspection

We go through every system before the boat goes to market, so you know the true condition up front — before a buyer finds out for you.

✓Verified Engine Health

Test run, compression check, and an engine computer printout confirming hours and fault codes — included with the listing.

✓Major Equipment Must Work

We’ll advise you on anything that has to be fixed before we can list the boat. Our service department can handle the repairs right here.

✓Show-Ready Presentation

Boats are cleaned and detailed before listing, and canvas must be functional and free of rips where it applies.

Flat inspection fee: $200 single engine · $400 twins

A fraction of what buyers pay a surveyor for the same peace of mind — and it’s what lets your listing stand behind its condition.

Why we do it: turnkey boats sell faster and hold their asking price. Buyers who come to see a Turnkey Inspected boat know exactly what they’re driving down to look at — stronger offers, fewer surprises at survey, and a smoother closing for you.

Brokerage FAQ

Major equipment has to work — that’s part of our Turnkey Inspected standard. Our pre-listing inspection ($200 single engine / $400 twins) identifies anything that isn’t working, and we’ll advise you on what must be repaired before listing versus what can be disclosed as-is. Our service department can handle any needed repairs right here.

Our commission is 10% of the final sale price, due only at closing. There are no upfront listing fees.

Nothing until your boat sells. The commission comes out of the sale proceeds at closing — if it doesn’t sell, you owe nothing.

No. We keep terms flexible and tailor the listing agreement to your boat and timeline. We’ll go over everything before you commit.

The boat remains the owner’s until it sells. We’ll recommend light detailing or repairs that help it sell faster and can coordinate haul-out or transport — any costs are discussed and agreed up front.

It depends on type, condition, and price. Clean, well-priced boats move faster. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at intake.

Yes. We manage the bill of sale and title transfer and coordinate any lien or loan payoff so the closing is clean and correct.

In most cases, yes — with reasonable notice for showings. We’ll coordinate so it stays available to serious buyers.

A cash offer is fast and certain. Brokering typically nets you more by marketing to retail buyers — you trade a little time for a potentially higher sale price.
