For every boating service and storage need, Holly Neck Marina does it all! Holly Neck Marina is located on Sue Creek in beautiful Essex, Maryland.

Our full-service marina has been proudly family owned and operated since 1961. Holly Neck Marina has 48 slips on the water and can accommodate vessels up to 40ft with a 4ft draft. There is 1×30 amp power available, fresh water hook-ups as well as great on-site and nearby amenities.

Such on-site amenities include boat service, drop-in / haul-out services, ice, launch ramp, towing, travel lift, rack & winter storage. All of our dry racks are ground level for full access 24/7 at your convenience. While staying at the marina, nearby amenities include local bars, restaurants, retail stores, lodging, medical facilities and golf courses. McFaul’s Oyster and Reel is within walking distance from our marina.

Wet Slips

Wet slips provide boaters with the convenience of using their boat whenever they choose. A slip will provide you with 24-hour access to your boat so late nights and early mornings on the bay won’t be a problem. Keeping your boat in a slip will also provide a safe and protected place for your boat when it’s not in use.

Dry Rack Storage 2026 Season

Rate – $100/ft Limited Space Available

How it Works:

Call us during regular business hours to schedule your launch. Upon arrival to the marina your boat will be tied up in a designated slip. When you return with your boat you simply tie it back up in the designated slip and place your keys in the drop box. We will then pull your boat and return it safely back to the rack until your ready to use it again.

Your boat is always stored at ground level so you will have full-access to it.

Currently, we can only offer Dry Rack Storage to boats under 30ft in length and powered by an outboard or stern drive. We are unable to offer this to full-inboards at this time.

Winter Boat Storage

Protect your boat from the winter elements with dry dock space on land. This way you know your investment is safe during all of those harsh winter days. You can also use the time while it’s on the land to hire our team to perform general maintenance and larger projects that you do not have the ability to do during the summer season.
